Zumba with Tess Mack

Take the work out of your workout with Zumba! With low and high-intensity dance moves, rhythms from all over the world and panoramic views of downtown, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are called exercise in disguise. Who knew a workout class could feel like a dance party?

Zumba is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class. Every fitness class is led by a certified instructor provided by YMCA.
