Only water is permitted in the rehearsal spaces.
Keep noise to a minimum in hallways and common areas to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone in the building.
All renters and visitors are expected to act respectfully and maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the space.
Please avoid congregating or having loud conversations in shared hallways and common areas.
Renters must adhere to the designated rental times and vacate the space promptly when their reservation ends. Exceeding the reserved time may result in additional charges.
Renters are responsible for cleaning up the space after use. Please leave the rehearsal space and common areas tidy and remove any personal items or trash.
